- 10 oz. bag NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER Jingles
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
My son Reece is always asking if he can help in the kitchen. He loves baking and cooking just as much as I do and is always ready to roll up his sleeves and help. One of our favorite treats to make is bark. It doesn’t sound so glamorous but it’s absolutely delicious and so easy to make!
You’re going to need about 10 minutes to whip this festive treat together and it’s worth every second. My boys spontaneously started singing Jingle Bells during the making of this bark and we haven’t stopped singing since! There’s just something about chocolate that makes people happy.
Step 1. Unwrap the Butterfinger® Jingles. This is where those kids come in handy.
Bryce was excited to see that he could make a smiley face with his Jingles.
Step 2. Melt semi-sweet morsels and white morsels in separate microwave-safe containers. Heat at 50% power in 30 second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
Step 3. Spread melted semi-sweet chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet, reserving 1 tablespoon to drizzle later.
Step 4. Stir peanut butter into melted white morsels.
Step 5. Drizzle peanut butter mixture over the top of the semi-sweet chocolate. Gently spread with an offset spatula. Gently nestle the Butterfinger® Jingles in the melted chocolate (Pun intended…) and drizzle with remaining tablespoon of melted semi-sweet chocolate.
Step 5. Let bark set up in refrigerator for one hour before breaking apart and serving.
Package up this bark in a cute Christmas tin and you’re going to make a new best friend!
